0. May I ask some personalization in service or booking?
Yes, you can, but remember that any package personalization will cost you 20/30 € on top of the cost in order for handle your request. Please feel free to contact us at info@remitalytorino2012.it
1. May I Buy Maserati Rep Package?
Only Country Reps can buy this package for 143€ regular price. Other guests interested in 3 nights service may buy package Custom 1 - "Maserati NO REP" that costs 170€ due to thursday add on required from the hotel since this is a working day and Hotel business is higher than in week ends.
2. Can you please confirm my payment?
Payments by credit card/paypal will be transfered on our bank account the same day you perform the transaction and they will be confirmed automatically.
Bank transfers will take 5 days to be visible in the Italian banking system so you need to wait that time before checking the list of confirmed participants.
Log in and check if you are on the partecipants list clicking in the top menu on Confirmed Reservations, that will appear once logged-in. (available from 5/11/2011)

4. How can I reach Torino?
Torino is easily reachable by plane with Torino Caselle Airport and is just 1h30 distance from Milan by car and by Train (there is a train every hour - http://www.trenitalia.it/).
Torino is easily connected also with Milan Airports (Malpensa & Orio al Serio), with bus every 2 hours from 8 to 24, and with Genova Airport (Cristoforo Colombo) with a train every hour from 8 to 22.
Easiest and cheapest way to travel in Italy is by train. You can find train information and costs on http://www.trenitalia.com/
Torino Porta Nuova is the Town Main Station that also connects with Bardonecchia Ski Resort Train Station (high speed trains 14€ - 1hr, regular 5€ -1,5hrs)
5. What is the minimum/maximum number of people you can handle in Torino?
Currently there is no minimum nor maximum number.
6. Will the transportation be included during REM?
Transportation will be assured to reach Gala Dinner and for Ski package. No other transport will be required during REM.
Anyway if you want to have free transportation for your personal movements you should buy the Italy 150° Package, that will allow you to tour the city for 2 days with no additional cost.
7. I made reservation for REM, how can I pay?

8. How much time I have to make payment before my reservation will be cancelled?
Your registration will be cancelled after 15 days in order to manage attendance in a more efficient way.
9. How long will registration be open?
You can registrer for 2 moths till December 15th 2011.
10. How can I empty my stroller?
Good question, we are working on that and we apologize for any problem... In the meanwhile, in order to delete your purchase you need to proceed with payment process: click on the small icon with stroller in right top part of your screen, and later click on "bank transfer payment method" and finally click the red button with "X" that means "cancel my order".
11. How can I perform my payment?

12. How big are rooms? Can I have a double and share it with the person I desire?
We managed to reserve large rooms for 3/4 beds in both luxury and regular hotels.
You can choose the people to share the room with, if you have preferences, otherwise we will assign you a "same gender" roommate.
If you want a double room to share with your partner or a special friend we can reserve it, you need to buy a package add-on "Ciao Bella" each for a couple. This add-on is 20€ each night. Just one pakage per room is needed. The package covers the extra costs for a little suite.
13. I like privacy. Shall I reserve a single room?
We managed to reserve single rooms in both luxury and regular hotels. To do so you have to buy an Add-On package from 22€ each night called "Alfa Romeo".
14. I like Skiing. How the Olimpic Mountains package works?
We managed to create 2 distinct packages for friday and Saturday. Selected place will be Bardonecchia ski resort (near Sestriere) where olimpic games took place. Packages include trains or bus roundtrip from torino Porta Nuova (regular ticket - 1,5 hrs or fast train - 1hr depends from availability) and skypass for both snowboard and skis.
A free bus will connect you from Bardonecchia train station to the ski tracks. It will be possible to rent skis or snowboards and boots once on the ski tracks.
