ONLINE REGISTRATION

Registrations are made online via our website exclusively (www.remitalytorino2012.it). The registration process is completed after the full completion of the online registration form, and upon receipt of a confirmation e-mail to be sent by the organizers.

 

REGISTRATIONS

REM ITALY TORINO 2012 accepts online registrations only. To register for the event, participants must previously create an online account filling in the corresponding registration form to be found on the official website (www.remitalytorino2012.it).

 

REGISTRATION FEE

The applicable registration fees are indicated on our website ( www.remitalytorino2012.it ). The registration fee includes entry to the event, attendance at workshops and trainings, the programme, lunch as per the E.R.I.C. bylaws. Travel and accommodation (if not included in selected package) is the responsibility of the participant and is not included in the registration fee.

Only for payments performed via paypal you will be asked to pay the so called "paypal fee" upon your arrival in Torino at the meeting point (check-in point).

The fee will be calculated as the 3,4% of the total price of your package + 0,35 Euros for each transaction.

 

PAYMENTS

After submitting your registration information, you will receive an e-mail with the payment details. Payment is accepted by Bank Transfer, Credit Card and Paypal. After receiving your payment a specific receipt will be delivered on your online registration account.
 

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

You shall always receive confirmation of your booking. A legally binding contract will be agreed when you have obtained the above mentioned confirmatory e-mail and only after we have received your bank transfer acknowledging that your payment has been successfully performed. We will not be liable if you fail to receive the confirmation E-Mail because an incorrect e-mail or postal address supply. Besides this should you fail to receive a confirmation E-Mail, please do send an e-mail to info@remitalytorino2012.it to ascertain the booking procedure completion. Moreover, please do notify us immediately of any changes necessary to your registration.

Your contract will be fulfilled by RAC EVENTS (Via Peschiera 5/4 16122, Genova, Italy)

 

CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to defer or cancel any course if there are insufficient bookings, or conditions arise, which are beyond our control.

Cancellations to be performed by the registrant must be received via e-mail or registered mail to info@remitalytorino2012.it no later than December the 1st 2011.

Registrants may have the faculty to be substituted by an other person only submitting a written specific request. Registrants are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations. We will not be liable for hotel, travel or meal costs before and after the event.

 

REFUNDS

Cancellation by the Registrant will be subject to cancellation charges as follows:

- Cancellation before 1st December 2011: Should you or your substitute be unable to attend the booked event, and provided you have informed us by e-mail within the given deadline, we will refund your registration fee (any bank, paypal charges incurred by either party and ERIC Fees excluded).

- Cancellation from the 1st December 2011: If you would like to cancel your booking, you are kindly requested to notify us this by e-mail, so that other people may book the event. Besides this, please be aware that no refunds will be available for cancellations after 1st December 2011.

 

CHANGES

We reserve the right to make changes to the published programme. Besides this, please be aware that you will have no claim against us in respect of such changes, and these changes will not entitle you to cancel your registration. 

 

DATA PROTECTION

Your personal data as provided in the registration process will be held exclusively on our database. Those data will be used to keep you up-to-dated with developments of our activities only. Moreover, should  you not wish your details to be used for this purpose, please specify us such request at this address: info@remitalytorino2012.it

 

RIGHTS IN MATERIAL

All copyright and other rights in the materials that will be provided to you during or in the aims of REM ITALY Torino 2012 are the property of RAC EVENTS or its licensors only. You are entitled to use such materials for your own personal study only. You are not entitled to copy such materials, nor are you entitled to use or authorise others to use them for any commercial purposes.

 

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

RAC EVENTS will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury to persons or property during any of the organized events.The participants are recommended to arrange their own personal, travel and health insurances.

 

APPLICABLE LAWS AND COMPETENCE

The relationship between RAC EVENTS and the registrant will be exclusively governed and construed in accordance with the Italian  Law exclusively,with exclusive competence of the Italian Jurisdiction of the Genoa Court.

 

LIABILITY

RAC EVENTS shall have no liability for any loss and/or damage that may occur to any of your personal property. RAC EVENTS will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss suffered by you; or any loss of profits or loss of business (direct or indirect) suffered by you. In any case RAC EVENTS liability shall not exceed the relevant booking fee paid.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

RAC EVENTS will not be liable for any default or delay in the performance of its obligations, to the extent that such default or delay is caused, directly or indirectly, by an event beyond the reasonable control of RAC EVENTS such as, but not limited to: fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts and/or regulations of government bodies, court orders, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions or revolutions, strikes, lockouts or labour difficulties. Such event and/or circumstance giving rise to the default or delay will be considered a Force Majeure Event.

By both completing the registration process and performing the payment you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

These terms and conditions do apply to all the bookings submitted for our events. They might be amended by us, therefore, we recommend you to read our current terms and conditions on our website before submitting each booking or write us to request an updated copy of them.

 

PRIVACY

As provided by art. 13, D.Lgs. 196/2003 all the given data will be used by RAC EVENTS (with registered office in Genoa, Via Peschiera 5/4, 16122 Genoa, GE), that is by the data receiver, only. The above mentioned data will be used to inform you of any upcoming event, to updated you, to deliver newsletters and related materials, to make you part of our fund rising activity and/or to perfom opinion polls only. Only with your specific consent such news may be delivered at your E-Mail address.

The above mentioned data will be used by us or our representatives and assistants for the mentioned purposes only without being revealed and/or transferred and/or published, but to fulfil this terms and conditions and/or to fulfil other obligations provided by the law; in any case such data will be handled with the all the needed caution;

RAC EVENTS (with registered office in Genoa, Via Peschiera 5/4, 16122 Genoa, GE) will be liable for the use of such data and the people authorised to handle them, for the above specified aims only, will be those in charge of: managing our supporters, our information and news developing system, our call centers, our fund rising systems, our development and communication system only. According to the provisions of art. 7 D.Lgs. 196/2003, you are entitled to consult, modify and/or cancel those data and/or to oppose to their use for the forwarding of news letters by getting in contact with RAC EVENTS at this specific address privacy@remitalytorino2012.it.

RAC EVENTS will draft a specific list of the people authorised to use the above mentioned data that will available at your request
